Relationship and Trauma Therapy
Healing Through Connection
Maybe you’ve spent years coping alone, learning to mask your pain, and wondering if the past will ever let you go. Maybe you’re already over-achieving, but you can’t stop running, even when your body begs for rest. Perhaps you have been trying to go on as usual, but now it's impossible to ignore the tension in your relationships. Maybe you feel OK yourself, but worry about passing your generational burdens to your child through parenting. It is so hard to reach out for help, but you are here, with hope. Together, we can gently unravel the stories your mind and body carried for years and rebuild a sense of safety — not in spite of your pain, but with it, and learn to treat yourself compassionately.
Asking for help can feel like betraying a part of you that’s survived alone for so long. But healing doesn’t have to be a solitary climb. I invite you to have a free 15-minute chat — Let’s work together to create a safe, supportive space where you can finally feel understood and empowered to shape the future you deserve.
Li Li, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MSc., CRPO#19763
Hi there! I'm Li, a relationship and trauma therapist in Toronto, Ontario. I integrate contemporary relational psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy with trauma-focused somatic therapy, to support individuals and couples in communities such as immigrants, professionals, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent (ADHD), whose experiences resonate with my own life journey the most. I hold a warm, safe space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace, building trust slowly and naturally. With 10+ years of experience in corporations and my psychotherapy trainings, I strive to help you rediscover the resilience and strength that’s always been in you, empowering you to find balance and fulfillment in your personal and professional life.
